Senior Merchandising Team Leader

• roduction & Delivery Management

• Manage production and delivery in line with customer order requirements
• Coordinate with planning teams to align production plans with capacity and order fulfillment
• Work closely with production to ensure flexible and efficient planning

• Cost & Material Control

• Control costs in line with target budgets
• Approve material ordering quantities
• Monitor material utilization and manage leftover optimization

• Coordination & Issue Handling

• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure service excellence
• Handle customer requests related to order delivery
• Work with factories to resolve production issues

• Team Management

• Monitor team performance based on KPIs
• Manage workload allocation and deadlines
• Control turnover rate and support team development

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

• Experience:
  • 4-5 years of experience in Merchandising and Planning.
  • Middle management experience is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong mathematical analysis and formulation skills.
  • Ability to communicate and comprehend English in a professional working environment.
