Job Description

Identify the business development opportunities
Develop retention strategies based on market demand
Define key categories to build and execute weekly/monthly promotion campaign
Build relationship with merchants and manage their performance
Work closely with acquisition team to propose retention strategies
Monitor and analyze KPIs to propose all suggested initiatives and quickly find measures to close the gap
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Job Requirement

University graduate or higher education in business or relevant fields
5+years of experience in the sales/business development, F&B industry background is big plus
Ability to report and analyze the situation based on data
Personal Qualification:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Spoken and written English skills of conversational level
Negotiation skills
Work independently with minimum supervisor
