Senior Platform Ownership Executive

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Continuously evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and competition to enhance platform capabilities.
• Build business cases for new features and improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with partners and internal teams to gather requirements and turn them into actionable plans.
• Lead vendor and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely execution.

Product Development & Execution

• Partner with engineering teams to drive feature development, ensure timely delivery, and resolve roadblocks.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive platform experiences.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog.
• Develop test cases, conduct user testing, and refine the platform based on feedback.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure platform compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Prepare internal regulatory documents to meet compliance requirements.

* Skills, Knowledge, Experience:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (or an equivalent qualification) in Economics, Banking, Marketing, or Technology.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at e-commerce companies, digital banking institutions, or consumer finance organizations.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
• In-depth understanding of products and services in the consumer finance and banking sectors.

* Technical Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of software development, programming, and design.
• Expertise in product development architecture.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
• Proficiency in product backlog management.

* Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple departments, including Domain Architect, Solution Architect, Engineering, Operations, Data, Risk, Digital Sales, Legal, and Compliance.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Strong logical thinking skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
