Senior PM Automation Engineer (Preventive Maintenance) - District 9 (Having shuttle bus)

Position Summary

• Responsible Manufacturing Equipment for reliability equipment & fixture of Milwaukee product, who will work with cross-function teams to ensure all facilities in production.
• The goal is to ensure the condition of equipment & fixture are robust, reliable and smoothly operation in driving for the performance of problem solving for Safety/Quality, Productivity, Cost

Key Responsibilities

• Development or a part of team development: new machines, fixtures for manufacturing
• Local development Poka Yoke fixture, tool: to maximize effectiveness to meet timeline
• Handling automation machines such as: screwdriver, soldering, assembly, etc …
• Work together with crossed-functional teams: to analyze failures and take proper actions for each failure related to test setup, fixture, and/or equipment
• GK/VE Productivity Initiatives: Financial awareness and clear numerical tracking
• Project management at genernal level for: NPD, NPI and other events in shop floor

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field (Automation, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical)
• 3~5 years of experience in automation or semi-automation manufacturing
• Knowledgeable in Automation skills SOLIDWORKS, PLC, CAD
• English: Good communication
• Other skillsets in iOT, Big DATA is plus poin
