The Senior Clerk provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the department. This role involves handling maintenance-related documentation, data management, coordination with internal teams, and support for procurement and personnel administration.
- Monitor the usage of spare parts and coordinate with the warehouse to replenish inventory as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, updating training records, and preparing safety documentation for the Maintenance team.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Department, ensuring effective coordination, documentation, and communication across internal teams and stakeholders.
- Handle assigned tasks and ad-hoc activities to support departmental operations.
