YOUR JOBS:

• Sourcing and purchase wood/MDF/plywood/veneer
• Forcast and making plan to purchase to ensure enough wood for production
• Liase with other departments/suppliers (domestic and oversea supplier) to ensure orders are to be placed for the right goods, services, supplies and specifications.
• Confer with Vendors to obtain product and service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule.
• Liase with QC department and vendors/suppliers in case quality issues occur.
• Advise improvement for BOD if neccessary
• Undertake occasional ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

• University/College Diploma
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing company (experience of buying timber/ selling timber is a plus)
• Required language(s) : Vietnamese/English
• Knowledgeable about maintenance and able to read and understand detailed drawings for products
• Able to work independently, communicate with multi-level management and under tight deadline.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous, proactive and logical thinking.
