I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
I. Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance activities
1. Follow up other programs (tracking file, app ...) according to regulation requirements
Supporting supplier
1. Consult and support suppliers
2. Visit factories in case of need to collaborate with them to solve quality issues
3. Evaluate factory
Rules & Regulations
1. Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations
2. Monitor and guide MD/supplier to follow the rules and regulations
Handle non-conforming product issues
1. Monitor quality situation at stores
Testing (Ha Noi store)
1. Handle testing (water test, food test, test shelf-life…)
II. Quality Control
Quality control activities
1. Check the periodical food safety hygiene at store
2. Follow up other programs (5S, water testing, food safety & hygiene training, health examination ...) according to regulation requirements
3. Analyze the result of checking food safety hygiene, propose the improvement plan for each division of store
4. Prepare dossiers and work with authorities
Supporting Store
1. Carry out the report related to 5S at store
2. Support store in food safety hygiene improvement
Rules & Regulations
1. Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations
2. Check, monitor, remind and guide OFC to follow the rules and regulations
Other duties
1. Others tasks or responsibilities as assigned by line manager.
