Job Description

Set details guidelines on what needs to be checked and what are the quality standards.
Establish or improve procedures, quality standards, process controls, inspections method.
Provides quality engineering support for in-progress and final acceptance projects.
Develop and maintain processes and implement systems that ensure the products and processes fulfill quality standards, meet safety regulations, and satisfy client expectations.
Coordinates with internal and external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure compliance with process requirements.
Coordinates with clients, customers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve problems with products.
Conducts or assists with performance and failure analysis of defective products or materials; identifies, recommends or executes corrective actions.
Responsible for controlling the quality of the installation and confirming that everything has been completed to specification and in proper order
Keep detailed records of product and equipment inspections, root cause analyses, corrective action plans and other reporting requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Performing regular quality control audits to ensure vendors continue to work in compliance with company and federal ISO standards.
Conduct investigations into a company's manufacturing processes when received complaints from end-users about a decline in the quality of their products.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required (Manufacturing, Industrial, Quality preferred)
Having a CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) certification.
03 years of related experience required
Having working experience in Welding and Mechanical Manufacturing company.
Similar work environment in a Manufacturing Industry is a must.
Having experience in applying Quality Tools, SPC, FMEA, Problem Solving skills.
Experience in ISO Standard and processes.
Intermediate written and communication in English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn the organizations production processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and customer support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Being able to perform calculations quickly, with or without the assistance of computational software.
Proficiency in Vietnamese is an added advantage (Appliable to foreign countries candidates)
