Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (if applicable).
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues arising from stamping and assembly processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Develop and control quality documentation: Control Plans, PFMEA, SOPs, Work Instructions (WI).
• Interface with customers on quality-related issues (complaints, audits, 8D reports).
• Supervise and evaluate QA/QC team performance on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to improve processes and reduce defects.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
• Train employees on quality standards, tools, and best practices.
• Monitor and report key quality KPIs (PPM, FPY, Scrap Rate, etc.).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in metal stamping and assembly environments.
• Strong knowledge of metal stamping processes, tooling (dies), and mechanical assembly.
• Proficient in quality tools: 7 QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D.
• Experience working with international customers is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Good command of English (reading and writing required; speaking is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Minitab or similar statistical tools is preferred.
