Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities to meet the Group’s hiring needs in a timely and effective manner.
- Source, attract, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with the company’s culture and workforce strategy.
- Post job advertisements, proactively search for candidates, and conduct screening and interviews.
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Participate in and propose employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness in the talent market.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent engagement activities.
- Support onboarding processes and ensure new hires are well integrated during their probation period.
- Monitor and report recruitment performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
