Senior Social Auditor - CSCA

Tasks as Lead Auditor    

Coordinate with RBS Operation Manager or Program Managers the implementation of the programs in their countries and share with the RBS Country Manager and RBS Technical team in the country.                 

Work with RBS Scheme Leader, RBS Operation Manager and RBS manager to prepare topics for Auditor technical meetings.               

Identify quality, integrity and efficiency improvement areas.         

Assist in development and revision of audit policies and procedures.                     

Resolve and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for analysis.                    

Contribute to Technical documents.   

University/ college education or equivalent         

Minimum two years industry relevant experience            

QMS Auditor/ Lead Auditor Training Course (5 days)      

SA 8000/ IRCA Social System Lead Auditor Course or equivalent (5 days minimum)        

Security Auditor Training Course (1 day) or equivalent.   

Understand Local Regulation and Client expectation required.    

Complete 5 obsevation of full audit + 3 Full audits under supervision + 2 Full audits under evaluation of qualified Lead for qualifying.
