Senior Software Engineer

• Design, develop, and operate scalable backend services, Microservices, and RESTful APIs for production systems.
• Take technical ownership of key modules, from solution design and development to performance optimization and production support.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and complex data flows, ensuring performance, security, and data reliability.
• Drive engineering quality through code reviews, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, BA, QA, and Engineering teams and contribute to technical design, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Explore and implement Data & AI solutions to solve real business and engineering problems.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Software Engineering experience, with strong hands-on experience in backend development and production systems.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend technology: Java/Spring Boot, Python/FastAPI, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of system design, RESTful APIs, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, performance, and scalability.
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and CI/CD, with strong problem-solving and code review skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with GenAI/LLM, RAG, AI Agents, Machine Learning, Data Pipelines/ETL, Vector Databases, Cloud/Kubernetes, monitoring, or application security is a plus.
