Daily monitoring ERP system, ensure all performance indicators are good.
Handling errors related to orders, products, promotions set up, warehouse related, etc.
Handling orders operation such as: modifying orders, adding gifts, re-create orders, etc.
Setup new stores, account, reset account password for end users.
Understanding the functions of the product in detail and fully controlling it.
Monitoring the product data, inputting information into the system.
Support all functional departments to query or analyze data as requested.
Work closely with our partner to request more features, API integration and report problem.
Write documents to support other departments to help them control the product/system.
Train staffs to learn and control the product/system.
Oversee quality assurance checks on new features.
Analyze data to help product management make better-informed decisions.
Job Requirement
1. Education background requirements: Bachelor at relevant experience
2. Experience/Industry requirements:
Executive: 1~3y
Senior Executive: 3-5y
Excellent IT skills (MS, TeamViewer, GSuite, Google Drive, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of the computer systems and software that your clients use.
Have good experience in Excel, Word, Power Point.
Strong problem-solving skills.
The ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with the ever-changing business development.
