POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior TABP Executive will support the Talent Acquisition & HRBP team in managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operational processes, and business partnering activities. This role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, optimizing recruitment and onboarding processes, and assisting in HR strategy execution to ensure business objectives are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Talent acquisition (TA):
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring recruitment campaigns for multiple business units.
- Coordinate candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
- Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and assist in conducting interviews.
- Maintain recruitment databases, reports, and metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.).
- Support employer branding activities and campus recruitment programs.
2. Onboarding & HR Operations:
- Coordinate onboarding process: contract preparation, induction programs, and necessary documentation.
- Support HR operational processes such as probation management, training coordination, and employee data updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
3. HR Business Partnering:
- Support HRBP team in business partnering with assigned departments, including headcount planning, employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide timely HR advice to line managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
4. Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager time by time.
