    Job Description

    1. Planning
    - Set up action plan for self
    - Monitor actual results agains plans on a regular basis for reports and actions
    2. Work implementation:
    - Build candidate data sources:
    + Actively search and develop networks with potential and talented candidates in the market to meet recruitment needs.
    + Organize recruitment source/channel development activities through tools to access Colleges/Universities, job introduction centers,... and online channels, social networks (Facebook, Zalo, Linkedin ,..)
    + Create potential candidate data sources (internal and external)
    - Building and developing employer brand:
    + Promote employer brand through online and offline channels
    + Optimize candidate experience through interaction, interviews, information sharing, etc. of company employees with candidates through direct and indirect channels
    - Deploy recruitment activities according to action plans and actual situations to fulfill headcounts with high quality.
    3. Consulting (HRBP)
    - Providing BUs with consulting solutions regarding HR management matters (headcount, org structure, promotion, transfer, ...)
    - Analyze attrition reasons regularly, share findings with department managers & HR colleagues, propose corrective actions & follow up
    4. Reports:
    - Updating and reporting information, labor market trends, recruitment activities of the banking and finance sector
    - Deliver regular reports (headcount, hiring, budget) in a timely manner
    5. Undertake other tasks assigned by TA&HRBP Team Leader / Head of HR

    Job Requirement

    - University graduate in related fields (Human Resource, Business Administration,…)
    - At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HRBP role with a size of 500 people or more.
    - Good understanding about the banking and finance market and candidates.
    - Good at communication & customer-oriented
