Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
- Experience hiring across multiple functions and levels is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM – 06:00 PM
- Saturday (morning): Online working session
