2. Tax report
VAT: Review the VAT report sent by FMC’s tax team and double check with hard copy received and reconcile with GL, submit to tax department
WHT: declare the withholding tax for oversea service payment, follow with tax department to get the payment certificate
PIT: review the income tax withhold from personal, household
CIT: ensure the declares are compliant with local regulations
Review the DTA application, annual statistic report
Handle tax audit
3. Commercial programs
Review the program comply with local law, issue invoice for program completed
Provide guideline to Marketing team for the document required by regulation
Review the offer letter issue to dealer for rebate program to advise for the accounting entry correctly
Handle invoice issued for the marketing programs, internal/external audits relate to the programs, review the invoice issued relates to rebate/marketing programs.
4. Others
Accounting and closing: prepare the MJE and monitor the accounting entries comply with VAS and FMC’s policies, balance sheet reconciliation.
Treasury: liaise with Regional’s treasury to prepare the cash flow forecast, pool 2 report and others
Guide people on the documents to comply with local regulations.

Job Requirement
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related majors.
Experience working in the same position from 3 years to above with knowledge of Tax.
Familiar with dealing with Tax authorities.
Experience in Commercial programs – Tax is a plus.
Experience in using SAP system is a plus.
Detail-oriented; independent working and able to work with regional team in English skills.
Team player and ability to collaborate and work effectively with different functions within the team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
