Senior Technical Engineer

Industry: Cleaning and disinfection from Farm to Fork (in farm, in brewing, in beverage and food, in food service industry)

We are looking for a Senior Technical Engineer - Farm Segment (Cleaning and disinfection) to support our growing Farm segment. This role plays a critical part in delivering technical expertise to customers and distributors, focusing on biosecurity, disease control, and farm hygiene solutions.

You will work closely with the sales team to develop the market through field trials, technical training, and solution-based consulting.

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Support & Training

­ - Assess customer needs and farm conditions to develop tailored solutions

­ - Implement and monitor field trials for cleaning & disinfection products in farms

­ - Deliver technical training to distributors, farm managers, and technicians

­ - Provide on-site technical troubleshooting and support

­ - Develop SOPs and manage technical documentation

Commercial Support

­ - Present technical solutions to customers and at industry events

­ - Support product launches and market development activities

­ - Conduct regular farm visits and customer follow-ups

Biosecurity & Disease Prevention

­ - Advise on biosecurity programs for livestock farms

­ - Support environmental pathogen control and hygiene standards

­ - Adapt and implement company sanitation protocols suitable for local conditions

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, or related fields

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in livestock farming (poultry/swine) or animal health companies. Strong preference for candidates with swine farming technical expertise
