  • Build and maintain the annual/quarterly People Cost Budget template, providing market-informed compensation insights, cost analysis, and changes recommendations to TRs Manager.
  • Prepare and review monthly actual-vs-budget cost reports, analyze variances (volume vs. rate), and provide timely insights and recommendations to the TRs Manager.
  • Track, review, and consolidate C&B-related expenses (policy and off-policy items) and flag deviations proactively.

2.     Salary Benchmarking & Compensation Structure

  • Participate in salary benchmarking exercises (e.g., Mercer), including job matching, market data analysis, and percentile positioning.
  • Support the maintenance and administration of salary band structures and recommend updates based on survey results.
  • Prepare data and analysis to support job evaluation/grading discussions and salary review, promotion, and performance bonus cycles.

3.     Reward Program Management

  • Manage health insurance and benefit programs by coordinating with brokers/insurers on renewal, implementation, and claims utilization analysis, providing insights to support benefit design and cost optimization.
  • Propose and update competitive C&B/reward programs, including allowance frameworks, based on internal equity and market data.
  • Support in delivering training and communications on benefits, compensation, and reward programs to new employees and managers.

4.     Total Rewards Policy & Governance

  • Draft and update Total Rewards policies and procedures (e.g., OT policy, benefits policy, allowance frameworks), ensuring alignment with the Vietnamese Labor Code.
  • Contribute to building/updating the Internal Labor Regulations, in coordination with Law Firm and the Trade Union.
  • Prepare training materials and supporting documentation for new or revised TR policies.

5.     Execution of Total Rewards Activities

  • Support labor law compliance in day-to-day C&B policy implementation and assist in handling labor disputes and disciplinary processes.
  • Support governance enhancement and audit readiness, and coordinate directly with external vendors, auditors, and labor authorities.
  • Provide guidance and consultation to employees and managers on labor law compliance and C&B policies and procedures.
  • Participate in HR process improvement and digitalization initiatives, and build people cost dashboards and metrics to support data-driven decisions.
  • Other tasks as required by the Total Rewards Manager.

  • Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Code.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with salary survey platforms (e.g., Mercer), including job matching and market positioning.
  • Able to prepare clear, presentation-ready slide decks/proposals for management (PowerPoint or equivalent).
