1) Warehouse Operations Management:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, kitting, packing, and shipping activities.
- Develop and implement warehouse processes and standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and implement measures to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
2) Inventory Management:
- Implement inventory control mechanisms to optimize stock levels, minimize inventory carrying costs, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with material planning and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials, kitting readiness and components for production.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records and address any discrepancies.
- Should have experience managing:

+ Supplier discrepancies

+ Material staging

(*) Kitting & Production Readiness
(*) This is critical in EMS
(*) The candidate should have experience ensuring:
+ Production kits are complete before release
+ Material shortages are identified proactively
+ Correct revisions are issued
+ Right components, quantity, lot/date codes
+ On-time kit readiness (e.g., 100% kits available before production starts)
3) Warehouse Layout and Organization:
- Optimize the warehouse layout to maximize space utilization, facilitate efficient material flow, and support lean operations.
- Establish proper storage methods, labeling systems, and inventory categorization to enable easy identification and retrieval of materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse organization and housekeeping.
4) Team Leadership and Development:
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and address any warehouse-related issues.
