Senior Workshop Manager

We are looking for 'Shoe Dog' talents for Senior Workshop Manager (Planning/Sampling/Quality Master) position with duties:

• To bridge the gap between development and mass production, and to preemptively block delivery delays or mass defects by identifying quality risks during the sampling stage.
• Management of product development & sampling timelines, control of the sampling process, and the ability to adhere to global COO quality standards (e.g., SOP, SCPR-CTQ, PFC & BPFC, eVS) and manage risks with process & quality & Automation feedback to PDM/Upper & Bottom Engineers/Chemical Engineer/Advanced Tooling team.
• To perfectly translate product design concepts into physical samples and to control quality variables that may arise when sampling the premium Originals' products during the continuous development stages.

* Minimum 15+ years in footwear Planning Sampling/Quality
