Service Assistant - Porsche Centre Saigon

Objective:

· Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing administration

and service support for the Service Consultant team.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

· Prepare miscellaneous forms and contracts

· Prepare letters to customers

· Administration of documents including scanning & digital/ physical filing

· Support Service Consultants with miscellaneous tasks

· Attend training courses and complete online trainings

· Supporting other operational areas and departments if required.

· Other ad hoc assignments and projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

· University degree holder

Requirements and Attitude:

· Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)

· Good English knowledge (written and spoken)

· Very good communication skills

· Customer focused approach

· Dynamic, positive, confident, self-motivated team player
