Job Description

Ensure assigned dealers, regions, or territories meet Service KPIs and performance targets.
Enhance dealer service operations by implementing SOPs, conducting monthly dealer improvements. Also, oversee dealer execution of service promotion programs.
Act as a representative and liaison for dealers regarding service business matters.
Facilitate the resolution of specific dealer-related issues.
Provide necessary training for dealer staff.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on the service performance of assigned dealers.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirement

Male/Female; Under 35 years old.
Bachelor's Degree or higher
At least 02 years of experience in dealer operation in the Automobile industry
Good at English
