Service Engineer

1. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Hoshizaki and non-Hoshizaki refrigeration and ice machine products, ensuring quality and timely completion.

2. Conduct site inspections to assess installation conditions, check material readiness and delivery status.

3. Review and follow method statements and approved procedures to ensure proper installation practices.

4. Provide technical support to other departments to ensure smooth overall operations.

5. Monitor project progress, propose appropriate solutions, and ensure tasks are completed in line with approved schedules.

6. Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the direct manager.

7. Commission and fine-tune systems to ensure optimal performance prior to final handover.

8. Maintain regular communication and coordination with customers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and high-quality execution.

9. Perform office-related tasks such as preparing warranty documentation, identifying spare parts, conducting technical training for dealers, and staying updated with product improvements and changes from the manufacturer.

10. Take on additional responsibilities or tasks, whether ad-hoc or assigned by management, as required.

11. Flexible to work irregular hours and capable of handling high-pressure situations when needed.

- Under 35 years old

- Work hard, friendly, easy to learn

- Can use welding for steel or SUS is advantage

- Major Refrigerator

- Basic English

- Computer skill: Basic (Word, Excel...)

- Experience: Kitchen equipment, F&B
