Job description:

- Provide technical consultancy and assistance to customers regarding installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of control systems

- Prepare application reports, service-related reports and timesheets/gang chart per assignment

- Work with sales to promote solutions to end customers.

- Build and maintain good professional working relationship with customers.

- Sales support and achieve annual service quota.

- Other tasks assigned by reporting manager.

Job Requirement

Job Requirement:

- Diploma/Degree in engineering field. Mechatronics/ Automation background will be preferable

- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and follow-up skills. Team-work ability

- Experience in SMT/Dispensing Machine and Process industry will be an advantage.

Machines to be serviced: Robot XYZ programming, precision dispensing valve, robotic soldering, SMT lines equipment C SMT process understanding such as: handling systems, mounter, reflow oven, SPI, AOI, laser cutting, laser marking, Xray machine, …

- Good attitude. Good interpersonal skills. Self-motivated s result orientated

- Good Command in English oral C written.

- Japanese/Korea/Chinese speaking will be advantage

- Minimum 02- 03 years of experience
