Sewing Product Technician – Nhân Viên Kỹ Thuật Phát Triển (Ngành May Mặc)

• Product evaluation method (from product development, costing, sample approval to final completion)
• Work with the pattern makers and workshop teams to develop technically the product with the best solutions
• Calculate the price of each product and optimize it to be in the target
• Improve and optimize the sewing process
• In-charge of documents/ tools the for staring production.
• Other responsibilities as per assignment

• Đánh giá phương pháp phát triển sản phẩm (từ phát triển sản phẩm, tính toán giá thành, quá trình hoàn thiện sản phẩm)
• Làm việc với team Rậpr và nhóm may mẫu để phát triển sản phẩm với các phương pháp kỹ thuật ưu việt
• Tính giá sản phẩm, tối ưu hóa chi phí.
• Cải tiến quy trình may
• Chuẩn bị tài liệu, dụng cụ cho quy trình sản xuất.

• French/ English , Computer in Office
• Gament industry background or experience related, technical skills (sewing, use of the machines…) would be priority
• Must be able to work as a part of a team and the spirit of cooperation, and know how to show initiative and reactivity. Must show abilities to listen, be open-minded and flexible in term of work
• Personality: responsible, persuasive, pro-active, and motivated 

Job type: Full- time permanent

Benefit: 13month salary, 14 annual days, 24/24, Health insurance, Saturday off.

• Tiếng Pháp/ Anh giao tiếp, vi tính văn phòng.
• Kinh nghiệm làm việc ngành may mặc, biết kỹ thuật may là 1 lợi thế
• Khả năng làm việc nhóm và tinh thần hợp tác và biết cách thể hiện sự chủ động và sáng tạo trong công việc. Phải thể hiện khả năng lắng nghe, cởi mở và linh hoạt trong công việc
