We are looking for an experienced and proactive Shift Inventory Team Leader to join our warehouse team and help ensure smooth inventory operations.
Job Responsibilities:
New Item Setup – Ensure accurate and timely setup of new items in the system.
Inbound Variances Management – Coordinate with Receiving and Customer Service teams to handle inbound variances.
Damaged & Defective Product Handling – Work with CS team to process and manage defective items.
Inventory Control – Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Reporting – Generate reports on inventory discrepancies, stock levels, and defective products.
At least 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
Familiar with ERP/WMS inventory systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Willing to work both day and night shifts depending on operational needs.
Fluent in written English; spoken English proficiency is a plus.
