      Job Description

      • Prepare and input import & export documentation.
      • Prepare Packing Lists and other relevant shipping documents.
      • Check product information, quantities, specifications, and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
      • Coordinate with related departments to ensure documents are completed accurately and on time.
      • Maintain and organize import & export documentation and records.
      • Support daily shipping activities and other documentation tasks as assigned.

      Job Requirement

      • No experience or fresh graduates are welcome – training will be provided
      • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
      • Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible.
      • Good communication and coordination skills.
      • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
