Shipping Label Staff

Create and manage label transfer activities for products sent from the company. This job includes standard equipment, printing, and label checking to ensure all necessary shipping information is accurate and complete:

• Receive order information and shipping requests from the logistics department.

• Responsible for editing Shipping Labels including necessary information (address, recipient name, quantity, tracking number, barcode, operating method... and special shipping requirements if any)

• Store and manage information about created labels in software systems or paper records.

• Combine purchasing, customer care, and logistics departments to resolve any operational issues.

• Fluent in English.

• Knowing logistics or transportation and understanding e-commerce operations is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Proficient in office computer skills.
