About the Role
We are looking for a Site HSE Coordinator to support the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities for an upcoming construction site. This role works directly at the construction site and plays a key part in ensuring legal compliance, preventing risks, and building a strong safety culture across all contractors and site teams.
You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to keep the site safe, organized, and aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compliance & Regulations
- Monitor compliance with local HSE laws and regulations.
- Ensure all construction activities meet Kimberly‑Clark’s HSE standards and procedures.
2. Risk Identification & Control
- Identify hazards and assess risks at the construction site.
- Provide guidance on prevention measures and safe work practices.
3. Incident Support
- Support incident/accident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure.
4. Training & Orientation
- Conduct HSE orientations for new employees and contractors.
- Deliver basic HSE training to raise safety awareness at the site.
5. Contractor Safety Management
- Check contractors’ compliance with site HSE requirements.
- Work with contractors to ensure safe and consistent execution of tasks.
6. Reporting & Data Management
- Use digital systems to record HSE data, inspections, and daily/weekly reports.
- Analyze trends and propose improvements based on data insights.
7. Emergency Preparedness
- Assist in emergency response planning and drills.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure readiness and proper procedures.
