They offer a wide range of products and solutions, including Hydrogen technology; Aerospace systems; Industrial solutions. In 2022 Meggitt was acquired by Parker Hannifin, and we become Parker Meggitt Vietnam, located in Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, specializes in:

• Manufacturing and assembly: Engines and control systems for the aerospace industries.
• Repair and maintenance: Services for aerospace equipment and warranty services for their products.
• Expansion: The facility has grown significantly, doubling its size to 120,000 square feet, making it a global center of excellence and a low-cost manufacturing and supply chain base.

We want to hire:

1 Site Procurement Manager

Job description of Site Procurement Manager:

1. Determine annual targets and objectives for procurement performance and associated execution plans in conjunction with Division Sourcing & Procurement team.
2. Manage supplier cost, quality, and delivery driving resolution within the site team and, where necessary, escalating for additional support, implement actions to resolve supplier nonconformance issues.
3. Drives and follows-up daily purchase orders to ensure the purchase of material is released at the right time, quality, quantity and price.
4. Drive annual cost down and minimize supplier cost increases. Accountable for site Purchase Price Index (PPI) performance resolution within the site team and, where necessary, escalating for additional support.
5. Develop and execute commodity strategies aligned with agreed upon Division requirements within the site team, including work transfer (AWT).
6. Supporting the Site Operations in meeting the Site's business objectives (including daily attendance at site TIB's or RTB’s) and gap analysis & actions.
7. Lead, manage, and coach in line with Parker values and HPT and Ensure that the procurement team is represented both internally and externally with the highest level of professional, ethical, and performance standards.
8. Create and drive a good communication channel with Sending sites.
9. Drive process improvements within the procurement function. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
