SMT Engineer

Position Summary

• Responsible for supporting the production line to set up programs (Pick-n-Place, AOI, Printer, Glue Dispenser, Reflow Oven, SPI, X-Ray, BGA Rework of maker such as Juki, Koh young, Sinik Tek, MV-Tek, Desen, Nord Son, NOC, ESS, JT, VJ, Ersa, GKG, …) make sure all the machines run smoothly and stably.
• Checking and maintain all equipment, tooling and working with data on the SAP System on PM Module.
• Review SMT raw data and update contents.
• Follow up KPIs such as SMT Downtime, SMT Attrition, OEE, SMT 4Q Yield, SMT Preventive Maintenance, Support NPI product, Maintain Kaizen, A3.
• Review old and new tools, jig needed to maintain quality and efficiency for mass production and NPI.
• Can handle raw data to create statistical tools, using tool in Lean Six Sigma, capability chart, control charts, …

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Skilled in using Excel, Word, Auto Cad, Solid works.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• No experience will be trained, experience in SMT is an advantage
• Honest, careful, agile, have a high sense of responsibility with work, withstand high work pressure.
• Graduated from Colleges, Universities majoring in engineering (electronics, electronics, telecommunications, automation,.)
• Priority is given to those who have worked in SMT at XP’s
• Can use SAP system

• Graduated University degree in Mechatronics /Electronic/electrical, industrial engineering; Mechanical Engineering…..
•  At least 3-5 years of experience in process engineering in Power Supply factory.
