SMT Process Engineer

Setup and establish process condition for SMT production line.

Analyse the cause of the gap between the plan and the actual results, formulate measures to resolve the gap, and request the relevant departments.

Explanation of technical issues and countermeasures to customers when the plan is not achieved.

Escalation report inside and outside the company when a problem occurs. Vendor support request and follow-up.

Facilitate to solve the problems of SMT production equipment together with vendors and maintenance.

Discuss SMT equipment and process-related technical issues with customers

FACA of equipment troubles and preparation and reporting of report materials to customers.

SMT process engineer

English skill is a must (TOEIC 600 ~, or IELTS equivalent certificate)

Bachelor degree and above

MS Office (Excel, PPT, word)

Proficient Use in CAD (2D/3D)

Onsite interview (face to face)
