SMT Supervior

• Manage the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) department.
• Control product quality throughout the production process.
• Manage production records, including production quantity, scrap rate, machine parameters, and other relevant data.
• Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved.
• Create and optimize programs for SMT machines.
• Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance of SMT machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SMT-related issues.
• Create programs and operating instructions for AOI and ICT machines.
• Provide technical support to the production workshop.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation from a vocational or college program specializing in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• Ability to operate production machinery (SMT).
• Meticulous, hardworking, and highly responsible.
