Social Compliance staff

• Conduct daily compliance tasks/prepare the document for the client/3rd party/government audit.

• Management the social compliance at the factory.

• Provide support, communication and training as needed to your partner(s).

• Learn and understand: Local labor, wage and safety laws; labor contracts; client codes of conduct; and international human rights standards (such as WRAP, BSCI, SMETA,etc…).

• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

• Participate in cross audits.

• Update legal documents and international standards related to social compliance.

• Comply with legal legal requirements to let the company smooth operation.

• University/College degree in Law, environment or social fields depending on the responsibility area

• At least 2 years of experience in social compliance

• Has experience in garment/textile/washing manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of BSCI, WRAP, SMETA, etc. either.

•  Knowledge of local legislation and main trends in the local market on social compliance.

• English is preferable
