Software Developer

This role's responsibility is to develop software based on system design and user requirements, ensuring assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time. The role involves supporting .NET/Front-end development, participating in workflow automation (RPA), and collaborating with team members to enhance company productivity and operational efficiency.

1. Application Development: Develop, enhance, and maintain web/desktop application features (focusing on C#/.NET and Front-end) based on user requirements under guidance from senior team members.
2. Automation & RPA: Participate in the development, maintenance, and support of RPA/automation workflows (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
3. System Support & Training: Support user training for new or enhanced software systems, including ERP modules and automation solutions; assist in implementing system changes.
4. Project Collaboration: Follow assigned schedules, complete tasks within agreed timelines, and report progress or technical issues to senior team members and leaders.
5. Continuous Improvement: Assist in analyzing existing systems, applications, and automated processes to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
6. Compliance: Understand and comply with company policies, procedures, and IT development standards in daily work activities.
7. Perform other assigned duties and special projects as requested by the IT Leader or Assistant Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Software development.
• Hands-on experience in .NET development (C#) and Front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, etc.).
• Exposure to RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
• Practical experience working with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, web application architecture, SQL databases, and workflow automation.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Good communication, teamwork skills
• Intermediate English proficiency is preferred.
