1. Job purpose:
To play a key role in the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring code quality, and continuously enhancing technical expertise to contribute to team success.
2. Responsibilities
Responsible for technical output of the engineering activities in appointed product squads, including:
Existing products & features maintenance
New products & features technical design and development
Best practices and standards studying and implementation support
Technical solutions research and development support
Code reviews conducting
Support CI/CD pipeline building
Support team building:
New engineers onboarding support
Assist and teach other engineers to develop their skills an individual basis
Proficient technical skills with minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant Industries
Familiarity with MERN (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS) stack is preferred
Experiences with micro-services and/or TDD is a plus
Experienced with Agile methods (Scrum or XP)
Proficient in English reading
Good English writing skills (mostly for work email and chat)
Ability to coach/ train people
Familiarity with hiring and team building activities
Good leadership skills
Good communication & collaboration skills with both tech and non-tech partners
Strong work ethics

Salary
