Sourcing Associate ( need at least 3 years experience)

• Source and develop new suppliers which can provide competitive price, can meet quality and compliance expectations
• Work closely with head office team to perform costing exercise/ open buy costing with vendors
• Sort through all fabrics/ wash standards/embellishments to ensure all information is accurate and updated during pricing and meeting with vendors
• Join meeting with buyers/ negotiate the price with vendor  to place orders the order, and write up meeting recap with all confirmed information
• Inform the Merchandising team of order information and arrange pending work
• Track and follow up during order placement process, and work with vendor if any design/fabric change occurs after placing an order
• Assist Merchandise team for any bulk production issues if they are relevant to the sourcing process
• Give reasonable suggestions to designer/buyer for orders
• Special projects as assigned

• University degree in major in Garment/ Textile or related field
• 1+ years of experience in the fashion industry
• Proven ability to work with international business partner to drive results
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Teamwork
