•    Monitor moisture, admixture, and quality parameters at source; coordinate with QC team on ASTA/ESFA standards compliance.
•    Track local and global pepper price benchmarks (IPC, AIPPI) and provide weekly market intelligence reports to management.

•    Source and build supply pipelines for complementary spices as assigned like Cinnamon & Casia, Star Anise, Chilli etc.
•    Assist in evaluating new spice categories for export feasibility, margin analysis, and quality benchmarking.
C.  Coffee (Advantageous)
•    Support sourcing of coffee.
•    Maintain awareness of ICO benchmark prices and quality grading for Grades 1 & 2 export.
D.  Market & Business Development
•    Identify new sourcing geographies, supply clusters, and farmer groups to diversify supply base and reduce concentration risk.
•    Contribute to trading desk discussions on forward coverage, seasonal positioning, and price risk management.
•    Represent the company at commodity exchanges, trade expos, and industry events.

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Experience Mandatory
•    3–4 years of direct sourcing / field procurement experience in pepper in Vietnam.
•    Hands-on knowledge of black and white pepper quality grading, processing grades, and market pricing dynamics.
•    Established network with pepper farmers, collectors, brokers, and processors in key growing regions.
•    Fluency in Vietnamese; working proficiency in English (verbal and written for trade correspondence).
•    Willingness to travel extensively within Vietnam.
Preferred / Advantageous
•    Experience in sourcing one or more of: cinnamon, cassia, star anise, Chilli, or other Vietnamese spices.
•    Exposure to coffee procurement.
•    Familiarity with export standards (ASTA, ISO, ESFA, BRCGS) and food safety documentation.
•    Prior experience with export-oriented Agri-commodity trading companies or international buyers.
•    Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, Food Technology, Trade, or related field is a plus.

What We Offer
•    Competitive salary + performance-linked variable compensation.
•    Exposure to international commodity trading across Asia, Middle East, and Africa within a 100-year-old global conglomerate.
•    Fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment with direct access to senior leadership.
