      Job Description

      • Search, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to support sourcing requirements for manufacturing operations.
      • Manage supplier registration, qualification, evaluation, and related documentation in sourcing systems.
      • Drive supplier localization, cost reduction, and supplier consolidation initiatives.
      • Negotiate commercial terms and payment conditions with suppliers to improve procurement performance and cash flow.
      • Analyze supplier performance, sourcing data, localization rates, and procurement categories to support decision-making.
      • Coordinate supplier audits, assessments, and improvement activities with cross-functional teams.
      • Maintain sourcing master data, supplier records, and documentation in company systems.
      • Prepare monthly reports, KPI tracking, audit documents, and management presentations.
      • Support sourcing budget management, supplier visits, and headquarters coordination activities.
      • Participate in sourcing projects and perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

      Job Requirement

      • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
      • Experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or cost management within a manufacturing environment.
      • Strong negotiation, cost analysis, cost reduction, and supplier management skills.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/sourcing systems.
      • Fluent Chinese communication skills are mandatory; good English communication skills are preferred.
      • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
