Sourcing Specialist

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers (local & international).

Manage new product development from concept to launch.

Work closely with Brand, QA/RA, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality and compliance.

Optimize supplier base and drive cost improvements.

Monitor stock and delivery schedules to prevent out-of-stock situations.

Support internal teams with accurate data and problem-solving.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.

3–4 years of experience in Sourcing / Buying / Product Development, ideally in Retail, FMCG, or Health & Beauty.

Strong negotiation and project management skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on mindset.
