Job Summary:
The Sourcing Supervisor will be responsible for driving and overseeing all sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles across Pharmacity. As a leader in the recruitment process, you will manage a team of sourcing specialists and work closely with hiring managers to ensure a continuous pipeline of talent for both corporate and retail positions. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing tools, and the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Strategy Development: Design, implement, and optimize sourcing strategies tailored to Pharmacity’s hiring needs. This includes leveraging job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed), Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and manage a proactive candidate pipeline for Pharmacist
- Collaboration with TA Team: Partner closely TA Team to understand current and future hiring needs, providing guidance on candidate qualifications, market trends, and sourcing techniques.
- Employer Branding & Market Research: Promote Pharmacity’s employer brand across multiple platforms. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive talent pools, and emerging sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
- Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sourcing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness, optimize strategies, and ensure continual improvements.
