Specialist, Operations Materials Management (Contract 9-Month)

Make an impact

- Perform purchasing activities for assigned indirect materials, Capex, Opex, and services under guidance from senior specialists or manager.

- Support and execute sourcing through gathering quotations, preparing bid comparisons, and conducting initial market research.

- Execute purchase orders in SAP/Ariba/Coupa, ensuring pricing, delivery terms, and other commercial data accuracy.

- Coordinate with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery follow-ups, and basic issue resolution.

- Maintain and support Ariba Catalogue creation/updates for OPEX items.

- Collect payment documents for expense service.

- Assist direct manager to deploy Ariba e-Sourcing and contracting.

- Support identification of cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and supplier quotations.

- Handle administrative tasks such as supporting system user registration and other assigned duties.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- Education background in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business or relevant majors.

- Ideally 2-5 years of professional experience in same role within an international corporate. Experience in procurement processes, indirect purchasing/materials, and purchasing systems is an advantage.

- Familiar using MS Office and quick learning with corporate systems (SAP/Ariba/Coupa).

- Good English communication, positive and proactive personalities.

- High adaptability, attention to detail, willing to learn attitude.
