Specification Supervisor

• Engage and consult company’s solutions to Developers, Specifiers (Architects, Acoustic, Firestop Consultants, etc) (based in South and Central region) to apply to their projects that are under designing and tendering stage.

•  Product Specification: Collaborate with architects, developers, and project stakeholders to understand their needs and specify our products and solutions (focus SCS) into project at design stage.

•  Technical Expertise: Provide detailed product knowledge, including performance data, installation requirements, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASTM, LEED, local building codes), to influence specification decisions.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and consultants to position our products as the preferred choice in their projects.
• Project Tracking: Identify upcoming construction projects, monitor their progress, and engage with decision-makers to secure specifications early in the design phase.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team including to provide technical documentation, presentations, and proposals that align with customer requirements and drive successful outcomes.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging construction technologies to refine specification strategies.
• Contribute towards the preparation of the annual long range planning process (business strategic plan) to ensure the Project Specification and Sales function and objectives are represented

• QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor’s Degree in science or Engineering; Architect or Interior Designer or Civil Engineer

·       Preferable with additional commercial degree or experience.

• EXPERIENCE

·       Specification role.

·       Practical and logical knowledge of construction products and project timeline process

·       Exposure to international companies

 ·       Experience in chemical construction
