Staff-QC-Microbiology And Chemical (Analytical)

Job Description-QC-Microbiology staff

Will work as QC-Staff member in Microbiology of Cephalosporin facility

Perform sampling activities for purified water, water for injection

Perform Environmental monitoring activities as per the schedules

Prepare Media and GPT testing as per daily operation plans, consumption records, reconciliation of media plates

Perform the operations of autoclave for various loads

Perform the Non-critical and Critical testing of Microbiology parameters (MLT, BET)

Prepare the SOP documents, QMS documents, trend reports

Prepare GMP documents, SOP, QMS documents

Support to Validation activities, microbiology studies

Coordinate with cross-functional teams on day to day operations

Job Description-QC staff (Chemical)

Will work as QC-Staff member in chemical laboratory of Cephalosporin facility

Perform sampling activities of Raw water, Purified water and water for injection

Perform the sampling activities of Raw materials, packing materials

Perform cleaning and sanitization of Sampling area

Perform the chemical testing of Water samples

Perform wet analysis like pH, conductivity, identification tests, Residue on ignition, LOD, water content by KF etc.

Support to other activities in QC

Manufacturing Facility: Cephalosporin Dry Power Injectables & Hard Capsules

Experience: 0 to 4 Years in Pharmaceutical companies/ Food companies/ Chemical

Education Requirements: Intermediate level/College / University of Microbiology / Biotechnology/ Chemistry

No.of positions: 2 (1 male and 1 female) of QC-Microbiology and 4 ( 3 males and 1 female) of QC chemical
