We're STL, a Korean athleisure brand bringing authentic Korean activewear to Vietnam.

Our team already knows how to create content. We have designers, creators, and plenty of ideas.

What we're looking for is someone who can make sure everything we create actually resonates with the women we're creating it for.

This isn't a “manage the content calendar” job.

It's about becoming the voice of our customer inside STL.

You'll help us answer questions like:

• Would I actually stop scrolling for this?
• Would my friends buy this?
• Does this feel authentic, or does it feel like another ad?
• Which product should we push harder?

You'll become the bridge between our creative team and the women we want to inspire.

What we're looking for

Someone who genuinely enjoys this world.

Someone who's into yoga, Pilates, gym, running—or simply living an active lifestyle.

Someone who naturally discovers new brands before everyone else does.

Someone who notices trends without trying.

Someone who understands Vietnamese women—not from reports or presentations, but from real life.

You can look at a product, a photo, or a caption and instantly think:

“I'd wear this.”

“My friends would love this.”

“This color won't work here.”

“This doesn't feel authentic.”

That's the kind of instinct we're looking for.

You don't need a perfect marketing résumé.

Sales experience is a plus. Marketing experience is a plus. Agency experience is a plus.

But none of those matter as much as having great taste and strong customer intuition.

The ability to understand what people genuinely want is incredibly difficult to teach. Everything else, we can figure out together.

The practical stuff

Part-time? Absolutely. We're much more interested in the quality of your ideas than the number of hours you work.

You'll work directly with me, so being comfortable communicating in English is important. That said, if you're the right person for this role and English is the only thing holding you back, please don't let that stop you from applying. We're happy to have the conversation.
