Supervisor - Mechanic

- To ensure that the machines and equipment are exploited to the maximum according to the designed capacity of the line.

- To supervise the implementation of the repair and maintenance process to ensure stable operation of the equipment according to the target.

- Supervisor maintenance cost reasonable according budget.

- To participate in building and ensure commitment to occupational safety.

- To take responsibility to the Deputy Manager/ Manager of Technical & Maintenance Department for the maintenance performance.

- Participate to build maintenance method to achieve optimal part efficiency.

- To participate in analyzing and reporting the operation of machines and equipment in order to have effective solutions.

- Support Deputy Manager manages all employees and mechanical related operation in factory.

- 5+ years of relevant work experiences.

- Priority candidate have much experience to work web paper machines, stock preparation.

- Good English.

- Good Microsoft Office, Mail, Internet, Auto card 2D, 3D.

- Leadership and management skills.

- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
