Job Description

Conduct supplier site assessment to complete in-depth evaluation of supplier’s manufacturing process and management systems.
Facilitate and identify the unresolved or potential supplier quality issues within assigned projects and suppliers during routine supplier visits, coming out and following up mitigation plan accordingly.
Provide on-site support on supplier tooling & fixture validation, capacity review and improvement, measurement system correlation analysis, production build and shipment monitoring.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions of supplier quality issues from quality audit, internal/external customer complaint until entire case closed.
Produce written reports for audits, quality incident and make presentations if needed.
Support other teams for quality issue/ improvement.
Other tasks at the request of the manager

English communication.
Major in Mechanical or related, junior college or above degree.
Experience as a QA 3+ years - good knowledge of quality concepts, standards, metal parts, and practices.
At least good knowledge and experience of casting or sheet metal or plastic injection work experience, more will be preferred.
Know quality related management system and have quality management working experience.
Be familiar with the quality related tools ( e.g. 8D, QC method/tools, FEMA, 6sigma etc.).
PC skills are needed.
