Job Description

Reviewing our manufacturing specifications to identify materials needed for production with Suppliers.
Qualifying, sourcing, and assessing the best vendors to supply the necessary materials per Supplier Quality Management system of company.
Visiting vendor facilities and observing Business capability Assessment to meet Supplier Onboarding and AVL requirements of company.
Performing regular quality control audits to ensure vendors continue to work in compliance with company and federal ISO standards.
Reviewing incoming supplies and products from vendors to check for defects and ensure quality.
Conducting tests and assessments on products to identify quality issues.
Maintaining detailed reports on supplier quality. Sending Score cards including defect rates and areas that result in flaws.
Providing technical advice and guidance to suppliers to reduce defect rates working internally .
Serving as a liaison between our company's senior management and the vendors to identify quality issues.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

BS degree in Mechanical Enginerring, Electrical Engineering, or any related field
Good English
Minimum of 2 years equivalent experience.
Sound Knowledgeable in Semi – conductor, Mechanical,…
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills by both English and Vietnamese.
Continuous improvement of product quality.
Performing on-site and remote supplier audits as required per Supplier Quality Management System.
Create internal and external quality control plans and non-conformance reports.
Develop quality standards, processes, and procedures.
Performing quality investigations, identifying processes failures at suppliers, and implement corrective actions.
Deploying PFMEA tools, techniques & training to support targeted improvement actions.
Create internal Engineering Change Requests to support improved manufacturability of parts.
Support suppliers with scaling up their production processes to achieve future quality cost and delivery targets.
Maintain new supplier quality management processes.
Work with suppliers to introduce new products into production (NPI, APQP, PPAP).
Liaise between suppliers, development, production, and senior management.
