1. DEVELOP COMMERCIAL POLICIES AND STANDARDS
- Collaborate with the Market Research & Development Department to update market information (pricing, policies, product quality segmentation trends, competitors, etc.).
- Advise the Board of Management on commercial policies and standards to support business development and achieve company objectives.
2. MANAGE PROCUREMENT, MULTI-REGIONAL SUPPLY OPERATIONS, AND PURCHASING SUPPORT
- Ensure the provision of resources, materials, and products according to customer needs and expectations.
- Identify and advise the Board of Management on supply chain process improvement opportunities aimed at optimizing performance and enhancing the company’s competitive advantage.
3. DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT PROCUREMENT STRATEGIES FOR SPECIFIC REGIONS
- Analyze procurement market data and identify suitable supply sources.
- Build, maintain, and develop relationships with suppliers.
4. COORDINATE AND ALIGN PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES
(Direct materials, indirect materials, and logistics operations)
- Ensure the company always has sufficient raw materials for continuous production and business operations while meeting customer demand.
- Coordinate with the Market Development, Customer Relations, and Production Departments to execute orders on schedule with optimal efficiency (raw material inventory, finished goods storage, etc.).
- Optimize and integrate working processes with suppliers and business partners.
5. NEGOTIATE AND ENSURE SUPPLY AVAILABILITY AND SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and resolve issues arising during procurement activities to ensure optimal pricing, transportation methods, warehousing, etc.
- Develop supplier performance evaluation standards based on KPIs (pricing, supply capability, etc.).
6. MANAGE AND DEVELOP SUPPLY SOURCES AND PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS
- Be responsible for managing the company’s supplier and partner network within the supply chain.
- Propose or advise the Board of Management on solutions for supplier development and partnership enhancement.

- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or postgraduate certifications in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or International Trade.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement manager and supply chain manager.
- Having 1 year of experience in supply chain development at manager positions in B2B industrial manufacturing companies
- Good in English
